Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Whif packaging, ensuring the bottles are secure and the protective seals are intact where applicable.

  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
